Upgraded to Windows 10. It worked for a day but RTW now reports that I don't have DirectX 9 and won't start. I've set the pref file to have the same res. I've tried pasting from the system32 folder in the Rome folder. Doesn't make any difference. I thought Windows 10 issues with DirectX had been resolved? Dxdiag reports DirectX 11.1. Jun 15, 2013 Many Steam games automatically install DirectX 9.0c when you install them, but if this one doesn't and you don't already have DirectX 9.0c on your computer then run that web installer to install it.
